Do you provide Certificates of Analysis?
Yes, our peptides are all 3rd party tested by Janoshik Analytical. These are posted on each product page and can be verified by scanning the link on the Certificate of Analysis.
There’s an issue with my order, Can I get a refund?
We accept returns only for damaged or incorrect products.
To request a return:
Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. Please record opening of your package for verification.
Refunds:
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the mistake was ours.
Non-returnable:
We do not accept returns for any reason other than damage or incorrect items.
Exchanges:
We do not offer exchanges. If your product is eligible, we will resend the correct item or issue a refund.
